1 package (12 count) Green Giant Nibblers Half Ears Corn on the Cob
1/4 cup H-E-B Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Hill Country Fare Chili Powder
1 cup chopped fresh Cilantro
4 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Garlic Cloves
Place frozen corn on the cob in a 4 quart pot and add enough water to cover corn. Bring the water to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium, cover the pot and cook corn for 4 to 6 minutes or until corn is thoroughly heated. Do not over cook.
While the corn is cooking, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cilantro, garlic and lime juice in a blender or food processor. Process the mixture to a chunky texture. Place the sauce in a microwave safe bowl and cover with plastic. Heat in the microwave for 1 minute. Place the cooked corn in a serving platter and pour the chili lime sauce over the corn
