4  frozen whole grain waffles, toasted

4  oz.  low-sodium sliced chicken from the deli

1  tomato, sliced

4  leaves romaine lettuce

1  Tbsp.  light mayonnaise

1/2  Tbsp.  mustard

1/2  Tbsp.  maple syrup


Toast waffles in the toaster or oven.

Mix the mayonnaise, mustard, and maple syrup together in a small bowl and spread onto waffles.

Divide all the ingredients and build sandwiches. Slice sandwiches in half for 4 servings.
