1  (16 oz.) pkg.  H-E-B Farfalle Pasta,uncooked

3  pieces  frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked┬« Italian Chicken Breasts

1  (6 oz.) bag  Baby Spinach Leaves

1  c.  Cookwell & Company Olive & Lemon Vinaigrette

8  oz. pitted kalamata olives, quartered

1  tub (7 oz.)  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!┬« 3-Color Diced Bell Peppers

4  oz. crumbled Feta or shredded Parmesan Cheese


Bring 4 quarts water to a boil in a 6-quart pot over High heat. Cook pasta according to package directions.

Meanwhile, heat chicken in microwave according to package directions. Cut into thin slices. Set aside.

Add spinach to pasta cooking pot right before draining; then pour pasta and spinach into a colander. Drain well; then return to cooking pot. Toss with chicken and dressing to coat.

Transfer mixture to a large serving bowl. Add olives, peppers and cheese; toss to mix. Serve immediately or chill.
