Ingredients

1  lb.  H-E-B Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, cooked and chopped

1  medium green apple, finely chopped

1  c.  red seedless grapes, halved

1/2  c.  H-E-B Chopped Walnuts

1/3  c.  mayonnaise

1/3  c.  non-fat plain yogurt

1  Tbsp  lemon juice

*  salt

*  Central Market Organics Spring Mix

*  H-E-B Rice and Adzuki Bean Chips

Instructions


Combine chicken, apple, grapes, and walnuts in a mixing bowl.

In a different mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, yogurt, and lemon juice; salt to taste.

Serve over 2 cups (per person) Central Market Organics Spring Mix or on your favorite artisan roll with H-E-B Rice and Adzuki Bean Chips on the side.
