1 (12 count) package Rosarita Taco Shells
1 (16 ounce) can Rosarita Beans
1 (20 ounce) container H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Shredded Chicken
1 (20 ounce) can Rosarita Enchilada Sauce
1 (7 ounce) container H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Chopped Onions
1 (8 ounce) package H-E-B Shredded Jalapeno Jack Cheese
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Fill each taco shell with 2 tablespoons refried beans and arrange in the prepared baking dish.
Combine shredded seasoned chicken, enchilada sauce , chopped onions, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
Fill each taco shell with 1/4 cup chicken mixture. Sprinkle remaining chicken mixture over tacos and bake on the center oven rack for 20 minutes
