2 Tbsp. sesame oil, divided
1 lb. chicken breast, cut into strips
1 bag (16 oz.) Mann's Stir Fry Blend (snap peas, carrots, broccoli)
1 medium onion, sliced
2 c. white button mushrooms, sliced
1 Tbsp. diced garlic
1 Tbsp. diced ginger
1/2 c. plum sauce
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
* salt and pepper
Bring a medium sauté pan to Medium-High heat. Add 1 Tablespoon sesame oil and chicken, sauté 6 - 7 minutes. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same pan add remaining oil, vegetables, garlic, and ginger. Sauté 4 - 5 minutes on Medium-High heat.
Add cooked chicken to pan and finish with plum sauce, soy sauce, and salt and pepper to taste.
