1  lb.  Uncle Chris's Simply Seasoned Chicken Breast

1  bag Mann’s Broccolislaw

1  red bell pepper, sliced

1  Tbsp.  soy sauce

1  Tbsp.  ginger, fresh, grated

1/4  c.  white vinegar

1  Tbsp.  honey

1  head romaine, butter, or iceberg lettuce

1  Tbsp.  olive oil


Slice chicken and bell pepper into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a large sauté pan over high heat. Add in chicken and bell pepper. Sauté quickly for approximately 5 minutes.

Add in the broccoli slaw and cook another 3 minutes.

Add in the soy sauce, ginger, honey, and vinegar. Cook 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Serve in lettuce cups.
