1 jar (1 pound 10 oz.) H-E-B pasta sauce any flavor
2 Fresh hill country fare chicken breasts trimmed & cubed
1 H-E-B bakery fresh baked french bread
1 c. H-E-B shredded pizza blend cheese
4 cups H-E-B broccoli normandy or your favorite H-E-B vegetable blend
1 box (16 oz.) H-E-B whole wheat spaghetti
Heat oven to 425F. Spray a large 4 quart casserole baking dish or pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
In a large microwave safe mixing bowl, combine the pasta sauce, and cubed chicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and microwave onHigh power for 6 minutes. Carefully remove frommicrowave oven and set aside.
Cook pasta according to package directions, but after the first 6 minutes, add the frozen vegetables and cook for 3 more minutes. Drain pasta and vegetables and add to sauce and chicken mixture in the bowl. Toss to combine. Evenly fill the prepared baking pan with chicken spaghetti.
Cover the casserole with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Top with shredded cheese and serve with sliced French bread
