Chicken Spaghetti Casserole

1  jar (26 oz.)  H-E-B Marinara Pasta Sauce

1  jar (9.9 oz.)  H-E-B Harvest Moon Sliced Mushrooms, with liquid

6  H-E-B Fully Fit Fully Cooked Chicken Breasts, thawed and sliced thin

1  pkg. (16 oz.)  H-E-B Whole Wheat Spaghetti

1  bag (16 oz.)  H-E-B Frozen Select Green Beans

1  c.  H-E-B Reduced-Fat or Fat-Free Mozzarella Cheese


Heat oven to 425°F. Spray a 3 or 4 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

In large microwave-safe bowl, combine pasta sauce, mushrooms with juice, sliced chicken, and 1 cup water. Toss ingredients to combine and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 6 minutes and set aside.

Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions. After first 8 minutes add the frozen green beans, allow the water to return to a boil, and cook for 4 more minutes. Drain pasta mixture and place in prepared casserole dish. Add sauce mixture and toss ingredients to combine. Top casserole with shredded cheese and bake for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
