1 can (8 oz.) Hormel chicken drained
1 cup Herdez salsa casera
1 bag (8 oz.) H-E-B monterey or jalapeño jack
12 H-E-B homestyle flour or corn tortillas
Heat oven to 450F. Line two baking sheets with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Combine Hormel Chicken, 1/4 cup Salsa Casera and shredded cheese in a small bowl; set mixture aside.
Place 3 tortillas on each sheet pan. Spread 1/2-cup chicken mixture over each tortilla; spread evenly. Spray the tortilla top with non-stick cooking spray and bake in oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, turn quesadillasover and bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and tortillas are golden brown.
Remove from oven, let cool 5 minutes and place on cutting surface. Cut into wedges and serve with remaining green salsa
