1/2 cup Fat free mayonnaise
1/2 cup H-E-B low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 tsp. Finely shredded orange peel
2 Tbsp. Orange juice
1/8 tsp. Ground nutmeg
1/2 cup Walnut pieces toasted
In a large bowl combine all dressing ingredients and mix until smooth.
In a separate bowl toss salad ingredients just enough to mix fruits with chicken.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
