Ingredients

1  lb.  Hill Country Fare Thin Sliced Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts

2  egg whites, beaten

1/2  c.  H-E-B Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs

1  jar (15.5 oz.) H-E-B Healthy Marinara Sauce

1/2  c.  H-E-B Reduced Fat Shredded Mozarella Cheese

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat a casserole dish with nonstick spray and set aside.

Dip chicken in egg whites, dredge in bread crumbs and place in prepared casserole dish.

Cover and bake 15 minutes.

Remove from oven, top chicken with marinara sauce and cheese. Bake 15 minutes uncovered.
