2/3  cup  mayonnaise (regular or reduced fat or fat free)

1/2  teaspoon  curry powder

1  teaspoon  soy sauce (regular or reduced sodium)

1  can  (10 oz) HCF chunk breast of chicken, drained and chopped

1  can  sliced water chestnuts

1  cup  green or red seedless grapes, sliced into halves

1/2  cup  toasted sliced almonds


Combine mayonnaise, curry powder, and soy sauce in a large bowl.

Add chicken, water chestnuts, grapes and almonds; stir to combine.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill until ready to serve
