2Medium tomatoes chopped
1container (7 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® diced 3-color bell peppers
1/2cupHill Country Fare pecan pieces
1pkg. (5 oz.)H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® lettuce scoops
Combine the thin sliced chicken breasts, ranch dressing, chopped tomatoes, 3-color bell peppers and pecan pieces in a large salad bowl. Season the salad to taste with salt & pepper, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes.
Before serving, arrange the lettuce scoops on a platter and scoop 1/3 cup of chicken garden salad in each lettuce scoop.
