2 Hill Country Fare Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thin sliced
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoons Hill Country Fare Fajita Seasoning
2 tablespoons Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 1/2 cups Hill Country Fare Salsa, hot, medium or mild
1 package Fresh Express Premium Garden Salad
1 cup H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheese
1 cup Monterey Clean & Ready Sliced Mushrooms
Sprinkle the Hill Country Fare Fajita Seasoning over the thin-sliced chicken breasts and toss to coat. Heat a skillet over High heat for 3 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons oil and seasoned chicken strips. Stir fry chicken over High heat for 5 to 6 minutes until chicken is crisp and golden. Allow chicken to cool 5 minutes.
Layer Hill Country Fare Salsa, cooked chicken fajitas, garden salad, mushrooms, and cheese in a large salad bowl. Cover and chill for 15 minutes or more. Toss salad before serving and enjoy!
