Ingredients

10  chalupa shells

1  can  (16.5 oz) HCF Mexican style refried beans: no fat

1  package  (10 oz) fully cooked chicken fajitas, chopped

4  cups  shredded lettuce (about 1 head)

2  cups  chopped tomato (2 medium)

1  cup  shredded cheddar cheese, regular or low fat

Instructions


To prepare chalupas, spread 1/4 cup refried beans on each chalupa shell.

Top each chalupa with 2 tablespoons chopped chicken, 1/2 cup lettuce, 1/4 cup tomato and 2 tablespoons cheese.

Serve and enjoy
