1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 H-E-B Whole Grain Thin Rounds
1/2 c. H-E-B Low Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 can (8 oz.) Hill Country Fare Green Chiles, well drained
1 small avocado, peeled & diced
1/4 c. H-E-B Jalapeño Salsa
Place chicken in a medium saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook 10 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Remove from pan, cool, and shred.
Separate each Thin Round and fold like a taco.
Fill with shredded chicken, cheese, green chiles, avocado and salsa. Enjoy!
