6 H-E-B white corn tortillas
2 H-E-B fully cooked reduced sodium chicken breasts chopped
1/2 cup H-E-B Texas Twists roasted salsa vinaigrette
1 package (8 oz) H-E-B Fresher Lasting avocado chunks chopped
1/2 head Iceberg lettuce thinly sliced
1/2 cup Shredded H-E-B monterey jack or cheddar cheese
Place 3 corn tortillas on the microwave oven tray. Microwave 2 minutes on High power. Turn tortillas over and microwave 30 more seconds on High power. Remove tortillas and break into bite size pieces. Cook remaining 3 tortillas the same way and set aside.
Layer the chopped chicken, HEB Texas Twists Roasted Salsa Vinaigrette, chopped avocado, lettuce, and shredded cheese in a large salad bowl.
Toss the salad and top each individual salad with crushed Microwave baked tortillas.
