Ingredients

2  packages  (10 oz ea) Fresh Express Caesar Salad Mix

1  cup  Parmesan Cheese

1  package  (2 breasts) Tyson roasted chicken, cut into 1 inch cubes

3  hard boiled eggs, chopped (about 1 cup)

3  slices  red onion, separated into rings (optional)

1  can  (2 oz) flat fillets of anchovies (optional)

Instructions


Place salad greens, dressing and topping ingredients in a large bowl.

Add Parmesan cheese, chicken and eggs. Toss to coat ingredients with salad dressing.

Top with onions and anchovies, if desired.
