4 pieces (5-6 ounces each) boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
4 slices mozzarella cheese
4 kaiser rolls or hamburger buns
1/2 cup HEB Two Cheese Creamy Caesar Salad Dressing
2 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 small red onion, sliced
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1 can (2 oz) flat fillet of anchovies (optional)
Melt one slice cheese on each chicken breast.
Spread 1 tablespoon of dressing on each half of roll or bun and top each with 1 teaspoon Parmesan and optional anchovies.
To build burger, layer one chicken breast, sliced tomato, red onion and lettuce on bottom half on roll. Top with other half of roll or bun. Serve immediately.
