Ingredients

2  lb.  ground chicken

1  tsp.  H-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning

1/4  c.  low-fat mayonnaise

1  c.  H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go! Spinach, chopped

1/2  can (14.5 oz.)  H-E-B Diced Tomatoes, drained

1  pkg.  H-E-B Bake Shop 100% Whole Wheat Buns

Instructions


Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.

Combine chicken, seasoning, mayonnaise, spinach, and tomatoes in a bowl and shape into 8 patties. Place on foil-lined baking sheet, cover with plastic wrap and freeze 10 minutes.

Place patties on a grilling mesh and grill 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Place each burger on a whole wheat bun.
