1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B select grilled zucchini slices
1 bag (24.6 oz.) H-E-B fully cooked® breaded chicken strips
1 jar (16 oz.) Classico sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce
1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese
Thaw zucchini in microwave until flexible.
Wrap each chicken strip with one slice of zucchini and lay in rows in a microwave safe 9 x 13 inch pan.
After pan is filled, lay remaining slices of zucchini over exposed pieces of chicken.
Pour Sun-Dried Tomato Alfredo Sauce evenly over dish and sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 10 minute intervals until dish is bubbling hot throughout
