frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Fajitas

H-E-B Pizza Crusts (1 kit)

Roma tomatoes, diced

prepared Alfredo sauce

c. (8 oz.)
shredded mozzarella cheese

can (8 oz.)
mushroom stems and pieces, drained

c.
grated Parmesan cheese

![]() Instructions ![]() Heat oven to 450°F. Place two oven racks in bottom half of oven. Place crusts on baking sheets or round pizza pans. (Save sauce from kit for another use.)
![]() Heat chicken in microwave according to package directions. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Dice tomatoes.
![]() Spread 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce over each pizza crust. Sprinkle each with 1 cup mozzarella cheese. Layer chicken, mushrooms and diced tomatoes over cheese. Top with grated Parmesan.
![]() Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese bubbles and begins to brown. Rotate pizzas on oven racks halfway through baking, if necessary, to ensure even browning.
![]() Let stand 5 minutes; cut into slices and serve. Sprinkle tops with fresh chopped basil, if desired.
