1 1/2 to 2  cups  coarsely chopped Roasted Chicken Breasts

1/4  cup  pine nuts, toasted

1/2  each  head leaf lettuce, torn into bite-sized pieces

1  each  cucumber, sliced

4  each  small Roma tomatoes

1 (5 oz)  bag  Spring Mix Salad Blend

6  ounces  crumbled feta cheese

1/4  cup  La Martinique Classic French Vinaigrette dressing


Toast pine nuts in a small skillet over Medium heat 3 to 4 minutes, stirring often.

Watch carefully to prevent burning.

Let cool.

Wash and dry leaf lettuce.

Tear into bite-sized pieces.

Peel cucumber; slice in half lengthwise and then into 1/4-inch thick slices.

Coarsely chop tomatoes.

Toss all ingredients in a large bowl and serve immediately
