1  c.  shredded carrots

1  medium potato, sliced

2  c.  cooked chicken, shredded

1  c.  shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese

*  H-E-B Texas Originals Chicken Fajita Seasoning, to taste

2  pkgs H-E-B Crescent Rolls


Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix together carrots and potato. Microwave until tender, approximately 5 minutes. Mix in chicken, cheese, and fajita seasoning.

On prepared baking sheet, separate crescent rolls into 8 pieces. Place four pieces together to form a four-pointed star shape, with edges overlapping. Rub edges with small amount of water to seal. Spoon 1/4 of chicken mixture into center of each star, fold up points to form pyramids. Bake 15 minutes, or until edges are brown.
