1 jar Canyon Foods Tortilla Soup
1 pound Ground Beef
1 Tablespoons Adams Reserve Southwest Rub
2 cups Central Market Organics Free Range Chicken Broth
4 corn tortillas, cut into small 1-inch pieces
1 or 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, as desired
1 or 2 avocados, diced
1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves, optional
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over Medium-High heat 5 minutes; sprinkle Southwest rub over beef. Cook 2 more minutes or until beef is no longer pink; crumble into small bits with edge of spoon during cooking.
Pour in Canyon soup and beef broth. Stir and bring to a boil.
Add tortillas and cheese; simmer 10 minutes over Medium heat. Add avocados and cilantro, if desired. Serve hot
