1 box (13.25 oz.) H-E-Buddy Pasta
1 lb. H-E-B 96% Lean Ground Beef
2 1/2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 c. H-E-B 2% Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with nonstick spray and set aside.
Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil and prepare pasta as directed on package.
In a large non-stick skillet, brown ground beef over Medium- High heat. Stir in ketchup and mustard. Remove from heat.
When pasta is cooked to desired tenderness, drain and add to beef mixture, tossing to combine.
Transfer to prepared baking pan and top with shredded cheese.
Bake 3 to 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
