1/2 pound lean ground beef
1 pound (1/2 loaf) HEB melt processed cheese, cubed
1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies
2 teaspoon chili powder
Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain all fat from skillet.
Using the same skillet, combine cooked beef, cubed cheese, diced tomatoes and chili powder.
Heat over medium-low heat until cheese melts and ingredients are will blended. *Dip can be heated in a microwave-safe dish on High power for 3 minutes or until smooth
