4 each H-E-B Fresher Lasting Poblano Peppers
1/2 package (12 oz) H-E-B Frying Cheese, any flavor, cubed
1 tbs Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
1 cup H-E-B Crema Fresca
Remove the poblano peppers from the packaging and pat dry. Stuff the 4 poblano peppers with the cheese cubes and set aside on a sheet of foil. Use toothpicks to close peppers.
Heat oil in a skillet for 3 minutes (350 degrees F) over high heat. Pan-fry the stuffed peppers on both sides (2 minutes per side) and remove the toothpicks from the peppers. Arrange the peppers on a platter, drizzle with Crema Fresca and serve
