* Jalapeño Pickle Relish:
2 Tablespoons H-E-B Dijon Mustard
1 cup Mt. Olive Hamburger Dill Chips, chopped
1 cup Trappy's® Sweet 'n Hot Jalapeño Slices
5 green onions, chopped
* olive oil
2 lb. ground beef chuck
1 Tablespoon Fiesta Brand Hamburger Deluxe Seasoning
4 H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Garlic Cloves, chopped
8 thin round slices H-E-B Deli Cheddar Cheese
8 large H-E-B Hamburger Buns
Combine the mustard, chopped dill chips, chopped sweet jalapeño slices and chopped green onions in a bowl and set aside.
Prepare charcoal or gas grill for cooking (375°F). Brush hot grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Combine ground beef, Fiesta Brand Hamburger Seasoning & chopped garlic in a large bowl. Lightly mix ingredients and shape into 8 patties 5-inches in diameter. Place on a baking sheet, cover with foil and refrigerate until ready to cook on grill.
Place patties on hot grill and cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Top each patty with 1 slice of cheese and allow cheese to begin melting. During last 2 minutes of grilling, place buns, cut-sides down, on edge of grill and lightly toast.
To assemble burgers, spread 2 Tablespoons jalapeño pickle relish on the bottom bun. Place cheese burgers on bottom bun, and cover with toasted bun top. Add your favorite hamburger fixings.
