1 lb. 93% lean ground turkey breast
1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) H-E-B 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 can (14.5 oz.) Fat Free Refried Beans
12 H-E-B Baked Corn Tostadas
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
1/2 c. H-E-B 2% Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Heat a large skillet over high heat 2 minutes. Brown ground turkey until fully cooked. Add taco seasoning and prepare as directed on taco seasoning package; cover and keep warm on low heat.
Heat beans in a small covered bowl in the microwave.
Spread beans on tostadas, top with taco filling, lettuce, tomato, onion and cheese.
