1 1/2 pounds catfish fillets
6 bacon, diced
2 large onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can (32 oz) stewed tomatoes
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon chili powder
Sauté bacon, sausages, onions, garlic, celery and pepper.
Add catfish fillets and sauti for 10 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients. Adjust seasoning.
Simmer for 10 minutes. Serve over rice, mashed potatoes or noodles.
