1 cedar plank
1 lb. fresh salmon
1 Tbsp. Adams Reserve Peppercorn & Garlic Sear-N-Crust Rub
1/4 c. Robert's Reserve Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Glaze
Soak cedar plank 2 hours in warm water.
Heat grill to about 350°F or Medium.
Season salmon with rub and place on cedar plank. Set plank with salmon on grill grates and cook 12-15 minutes. Salmon is done when center is uniformly pink.
Spread glaze on salmon and serve immediately. Enjoy!
