6 (4 oz.) Salmon fillets
1/2 cup Central Market™ Organics soy ginger, teriyaki hoisin or peanut satay sauce
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B steamable corn & poblano rice
1 bag (12 oz.) Birds eye steamfresh garlic cauliflower
1 container (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go! Pico de gallo with mango
Spray a microwave safe baking dish withnon-stick cooking oil and set aside.
Place the salmon fillets on the preparedbaking sheet, brush with sauce of choice and microwave according to package directions.
Meanwhile, heat the H-E-B Steamable Corn & Poblano Rice and Birds Eye Garlic Cauliflower according to package directions.
Spread the rice on the platter and top with the garlic cauliflower, baked salmon and pico demango. Serve immediately
