4 hard sandwich rolls or ciabatta bread
4 thick slices fresh mozzarella cheese
1 Roma tomato
• fresh basil leaves
• Balsamic vinegar for drizzling
• salt and pepper, to taste
Cut sandwich rolls or ciabatta bread for sandwiches. Slice the tomato thinly.
Assemble sandwich with equal amounts of tomato, 1 slice of mozzarella and basil leaves.
Drizzle balsamic vinegar over sandwich, add salt and pepper to taste. Top with remaining roll slices.
