1 bag (12 oz.) H-E-B Fully Cooked® Chicken Breast Seasoned for Fajitas
2 to 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 bag (16 oz.) H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® Garden Salad
1 bottle H-E-B Texas Twists® Creamy Avocado Dressing
2 tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 green, red or yellow bell pepper
1 c. H-E-B Fancy Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
¼ c. toasted sunflower kernels
Microwave chicken according to package directions; cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel hard-boiled eggs; chop finely.
Place salad greens in a large bowl; toss with creamy avocado dressing. Divide salad onto individual plates.
Arrange chicken, tomato and bell pepper over salad. Sprinkle with chopped egg, shredded cheese and sunflower kernels.
