2 cans (14.5 oz.) H-E-B Mexican Style Diced Tomatoes
1 can(14.5 oz.) Hill Country Fare chicken broth
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground cumin
* salt & pepper to taste
1 bag (16 oz.) Hill Country Fare Frozen Seafood Combination
1/2 cup sliced green onions
* lime wedges
Pureé both cans of diced tomatoes in a blender.
Add tomatoes, chicken broth and seasonings to a 2 quart saucepan.
Rinse and thaw seafood in a colander.
Add seafood and green onions to tomato mixture. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium high heat. Serve hot with fresh lime wedges.
