1 Tbsp. H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp. fajita seasoning
1 can (14.5 oz.) H-E-B Whole Kernel Corn, undrained
1 large zucchini, sliced and cubed
1 can (14.5 oz.) H-E-B Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 cntr. (32 oz.) Central Market Low Sodium Chicken Broth

Heat oil in a large skillet and brown chicken on both sides.
Add fajita seasoning, corn, zucchini, diced tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil over High heat. Reduce heat to Medium-Low and cook 10 minutes or until zucchini is tender.
Serve hot with warm corn tortillas and enjoy!
