(1/2 stick) butter or margarine (salted or unsalted)

chili powder

cayenne pepper

juice of 1 fresh lime
![]() Instructions ![]() Cook corn according to package directions and let sit covered in hot water.
![]() Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Stir in chili powder, cayenne pepper and lime juice and cook for 2 minutes.
![]() Drain corn and place in a serving dish.
![]() Pour Cajun butter over corn and roll corn to coat. Serve hot.
