Ingredients

4  medium  carrots, peeled and cut diagonally into 1/2-inch slices

2  large  zucchini, diagonally cut into 1/2-inch slices

2  Tbsp.  H-E-B Butter

2  Tbsp.  parsley, basil or cilantro, chopped

Instructions


Bring 4 cups water to boil in 2-quart saucepan. Add carrots, allow water to return to boil, cook 3 minutes. Add zucchini, allow water to return to boil. Cook 4 minutes. Drain vegetables, place in serving dish.

Combine butter and herbs of choice in small microwave safe dish. Cover, microwave on High 30 seconds. Pour herb butter over steaming vegetables. Serve immediately.
