Ingredients

1/2  c.  Central Market All Natural Bulgar & Red Quinoa

1  bag (6 oz.)  Central Market Baby Spinach, finely chopped

3/4  c.  crumbled Feta cheese

1/2  c.  finely chopped red onion

1/2  c.  chopped sun-dried tomatoes

•  Dressing:

1/4  c.  olive oil

1/2  tsp.  dried basil

1/4  tsp.  black pepper

•  juice of 1 lemon

Instructions


Cook bulgar and quinoa according to package directions. Drain, rinse in cold water, and drain again.

Combine spinach, feta cheese, onion, and sun-dried tomatoes, Bulgur and Red Quinoa in a large bowl.

Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl; stir well. Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
