4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. H-E-B Texas originals chicken fajita spice blend
1 cup Frank's® red hot sauce'
1/2 stick H-E-B Butter
1/2 cup Honey
* H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® spinach with carrots
* H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® diced celery
* H-E-B Texas Twists® blue cheese and peppercorn salad dressing
Season chicken with spice blend and refrigerate for 30 minutes until ready to cook.
In a 1 qt. saucepan over low heat combine hot sauce, butter and honey. Remove from heat once ingredients are combined.
Begin grilling chicken. After 10 minutes of grilling start basting chicken with hot sauce. Continue to cook for 5 - 10 minutes more, brush sauce frequently. Grill chicken until center of breast is 180 °F. Remove and hold warm.
In a large salad bowl, add spinach with carrots and celery, toss with dressing.
Portion salad on serving plate and top with sliced chicken breast.
