6  Tbsp.  all purpose flour

1/2  tsp.  garlic salt

1/4  tsp.  cayenne

8  chicken drumsticks, skin removed

3  Tbsp.  hot sauce

1  Tbsp.  butter


Preheat to 375°F.

Combine flour, garlic, cayenne, and chicken into a zip top bag.

Shake bag thoroughly to cover chicken. Place chicken on a foiled lined sheet pan and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.

In a small bowl, microwave hot sauce and butter together. Brush onto chicken legs and serve.
