• Tapioca Bubbles
1/4 c. pearl tapioca
• Tea Mixture
1 cntr. (6 oz.) H-E-B Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
1/2 c. fruit juice
1 c. crushed ice
1/2 c. brewed green tea, cooled to room temperature
Cook tapioca pearls as directed on package.
Place Tea Mixture ingredients in a blender, cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
Using slotted spoon, place Tapioca Pearls in a tall glass. Top with tea mixture. Serve with an extra-wide straw so Tapioca Pearls can be sipped through.
