1 (16-ounce) bag frozen Hill Country Fare Brussels Sprouts
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Prepare frozen Hill Country Fare Brussels Sprouts according to package directions; drain well and set aside.
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat until it begins to brown.
Add sliced almonds and stir-fry for one minute until golden.
Add lemon juice and hot drained Brussels sprouts; toss to coat.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve
