2 tbsp. butter or margarine
2/3 cup milk (whole, 1%, 2% or fat free)
1 box (5.25 oz.) Hill Country Fare Scalloped Potatoes
2 cups diced cooked ham
1 box (9 oz) frozen asparagus spears or broccoli cuts
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Cut asparagus spears or broccoli into bite-size pieces and set aside.
Bring 2 1/4 cups water to boil. Add butter or margarine, milk, potato slices, cheese sauce mix and ham; stir to combine.
Pour potato mixture into prepared baking dish. Arrange cut vegetable on top of potato mixture.
Bake for 40 minutes or until piping hot. Remove from oven and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
