4 (12 oz.) Steaks (Sirloin, Tenderloin, New York, or Ribeye)
1 tsp. Ottavio Reserve or Central Market Grapeseed Oil per steak
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. Borgo de Medici Truffle Salt
Prepare grill to medium-high heat.
Rub oil on both sides of steaks and set aside.
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat until it begins to foam and turns a golden light brown. Add truffle salt. Set aside.
Cook steaks approximately 4 - 5 minutes per side for a 1-inch thick steak (for medium rare). Drizzle brown butter over steaks. Loosely cover with foil and rest 5 minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
