4 large sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch slices
4 tablespoons diet margarine, melted
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon powdered cloves
1/2 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/4 cup snipped parsley
1 juice of one lemon
2 oranges, sliced (optional)
1 lemon, sliced (optional)
Spray baking sheet with cooking spray. Arrange sweet potato slices on baking sheet.
Combine margarine, spices, and parsley. Sprinkle over slices. Drizzle lemon juice over all. Broil for 10 minutes, turning once, or until cooked through and lightly browned. Garnish with citrus slices if desired.
