1 package (4.9 oz.) Betty Crocker au gratin potatoes
2 cups H-E-B or hill country fare milk
1/2 cup Green giant niblets frozen corn thawed
1/4 cup Chopped celery
3 1/2 cups Progresso chicken broth (from 32 oz. Carton)
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) Shredded swiss cheese
Heat potatoes, sauce mix and remaining ingredients except cheese to boiling over high heat in 3-quart or larger saucepan or Dutch oven, stirring occasionally and breaking up broccoli with fork.
Reduce heat, cover & simmer 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
Stir in cheese. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, just until cheese is melted
