1 each bag (12 ounce) Mann's Broccoli Wokly broccoli florettes
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons pine nuts
* salt and pepper
Place a steamer basket in a 3-quart covered pot with 1 to 2 inches of water in the bottom.
Lay broccoli in basket and bring water to a boil over Medium-High heat. Cover pot and boil 5 to 7 minutes, until crisp-tender. Drain well in a colander.
Melt butter in the same cooking pot. Add pine nuts and toast 1 to 2 minutes until lightly browned.
Remove pot from heat and toss broccoli with pine nuts and butter. Season to taste with salt and pepper; serve while hot.
